  • Orders & Delivery: billing/shipping addresses, phone number, order details, returns/exchange info.
  • Payment: payment method details (processed by secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Device & Usage: IP address, browser, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, on-site interactions, approximate location.
  • Preferences & Marketing: product/category preferences, subscription status, communication preferences.
  • Support Content: messages, attachments or photos you send to our support team.
  • User Content (optional): reviews, Q&A, survey responses.

  • Provide the website and services; process your orders, payments, delivery, returns (Contract).

Do Not Track: we currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.
